Bonnie Foster - Founding Partner
Executive Search Experience
Bonnie has been providing executive search consulting services to clients in a number of industries for twenty years. Prior to founding Lochlin Partners, she co-founded Foster/Searing, a boutique executive search firm created to provide highly customized service to select clients in the life sciences and high technology sectors. Earlier, Bonnie served as a founding partner and leading principal for a firm designed to deliver recruiting services to pharmaceutical / biotech and burgeoning high technology businesses. Before founding these boutique firms, Bonnie led engagements for the Advanced Technology Practice of Korn/Ferry International.
Bonnie’s consulted to companies across a number of science-based and high technology industries, including telecommunications, information technology, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. Most recently, she’s focused her work on senior-level positions across functional areas within biotech organizations and manufacturers based in the US and Europe.
Other Experience
Preceding her executive search career, Bonnie held positions in management consulting. She worked with Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) in the firm’s Management Consulting organization. There she managed engagements in strategic planning, market assessment and market planning for a broad range of information technology companies. Just prior to joining C&L, Bonnie served as Vice President, Consulting for a Washington-based telecommunications consulting and conference firm. She began her career with AT&T’s sales and marketing organization.
Education
Bonnie holds a BA in History and Philosophy from Duquesne University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
