Ginny Hood - Client Partner
Executive Search Experience
Ginny has more than 15 years’ experience in executive search. Over the course of her career, she’s been involved in hundreds of search assignments across numerous industries and functional disciplines. Most recently, she’s focused her work on positions in finance, information technology and corporate communications across the financial services and healthcare industries. Before joining Lochlin Partners, Ginny worked with a major regional firm, and earlier as a senior research associate in the Washington Office of Korn Ferry International.
Other Experience
Prior to entering the executive search profession, Ginny held positions in the insurance and retail industries. She earned a BS degree in Sociology from the University of South Carolina, and did graduate work at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
